Praise His Name With Dancing is very excited about the many dance opportunities that we will be offering this summer! Our six-week summer dance program and Wednesdays Pilates/Barre Fusion classes will be held from Monday, June 19, 2017 through Thursday, July 27, 2017. We will also be holding a one-week technical Dance Intensive, as well as a Summer Arts Intensive. Praise His Name is also praying about some special programs, such as one-day Master Classes, as well as a little girl's dance intensive!
All these classes are held at our beautiful facility located at 2181 Wadsworth Road, Norton, Ohio 44203 (second floor). Please park in the spots closest to Wadsworth Road, or around the back of the facility if those spots are full.

7:00-9:00 - Soli/Faithful/Glorious/Victorious - Modern/Ballet It is highly recommended that all Company members attend classes during the summer, especially those on pointe. Dancers need to keep up their strength & flexibility for ballet as it is a very strenuous sport as well as a beautiful art form. Without a continued pursuit in ballet, much of what you worked very hard for is lost. For a dancer that takes summer classes off, it is estimated that it will take about seven weeks in the fall to regain the level of technique and strength that they had in June (only at that time would she be allowed to wear pointe shoes again). Dancers may only do pointe work in the summer if they will be taking the majority of their company class offerings. If you will not be able to attend the majority of classes this summer, it is still encouraged to take as many classes as possible.
